ABOUT PROJECT
Location: Ukraine, Kharkiv | Cottage complex: Whitewood | House Area: 350 m² | Project Year: 2021
WHITEWOOD AR HOUSE is a modern house on complex relief in the cottage village Whitewood. Access to the plot is at the top of it, and the slope goes deep into the territory. The house is a double story with the lower level partially buried in the ground.

WHITEWOOD AR HOUSE – це сучасний будинок на складному рельєфі у котеджному селищі Whitewood. Під'їзд до ділянки здійснюється у верхній частині, а ухил йде вглиб території. Будинок двоповерховий, нижній рівень частково занурений у землю.
FLOOR PLANS
The first floor is on the same level as the entrance group. There are bedrooms, several bathrooms, and also utility rooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view of the birch grove.
The bacement floor has common areas: a kitchen-living room in one large space with access to the terrace, which has a barbecue area and an outdoor pool. Also, there is a separate bathroom for guests, a small guest bedroom, and an office on the ground floor. One of the main "tricks" of this house is a large panoramic window to the entire height of the facade in the stairwell. Due to this window, the first thing you see when you enter the house is a beautiful view of the plot.

Перший поверх знаходиться на одному рівні з в'їзною групою. На ньому розташовані спальні, кілька санвузлів та технічні приміщення. У майстер-спальні є балкон, з якого відкривається чудовий краєвид на березовий гай.
На нульовому поверсі розташовані місця загального користування: кухня-вітальня одним великим простором з виходом на терасу, де розташована зона барбекю та відкритий басейн. Також на нульовому поверсі є окремий санвузол для гостей, невелика гостьова спальня та кабінет.
Однією з головних фішок цього будинку є велике панорамне вікно на всю висоту фасаду в зоні сходів. Завдяки цьому вікну, перше, що ви бачите, потрапляючи в будинок - це чудовий краєвид на ділянку.
